Instagram image for recruitment of workers

We created Instagram images for recruiting scaffolding erection workers at construction sites.
Severe labour shortages are a significant issue at construction sites, and the primary purpose of establishing the Instagram account is recruitment.
As this company was launching its Instagram presence for the first time, we handled the account design from the outset.
We devised strategies to maximise discoverability and are also managing the account operations.

We identified the target audience and established a persona.
The target is young people, particularly young men, with messaging tailored to this demographic.
We set a tough, powerful image with an upbeat soundtrack as the background.

Target: Men aged 10s to 25s who use Instagram.
